
Generative AI has rapidly moved from a novelty to a standard tool in corporate workflows. Microsoft Copilot and Zoom AI Companion are now co-authors of emails, strategy documents, spreadsheets, and meeting notes, accelerating productivity but also raising new governance challenges.
These AI-generated outputs—known as aiComms—demand the same level of scrutiny as traditional business communications, but many firms are still unsure exactly what to look for, claims Theta Lake.
To bridge this gap, Theta Lake has launched inspection modules designed specifically for Microsoft Copilot and Zoom AI Companion. The modules enable compliance and risk teams to review AI-generated content, track prompts, redact sensitive data, and flag noncompliant outputs. Whether the risk involves a missing disclosure, a misleading financial statement, or material nonpublic information, the tools ensure that the content is captured, logged, and routed for remediation.
